RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Damaged Items

YOU MUST INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIVING THEM. You must contact us within 7 days after receiving your order for any items that arrive defective, broken, flawed, etc. or for any items that may have been sent incorrectly (wrong color, style, etc). If an item you receive has an issue, PLEASE do the following…..take photo of shipping box (We need this to file claim if necessary), take photo of items received (Flaws/defects must be visible so we can send to supplier),  send email with photos and description of issue to pioneersupplierandcreations@gmail.com . Once you follow these steps, we will make arrangements to file a claim and issue a refund for the damaged items. We DO NOT refund shipping cost for the item being sent back to us.

 

MISSING ITEMS

You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your order to notify us of any items you may be missing.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed before 1 pm will generally ship the same day. Cancelled orders are only accepted if your product has not shipped. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders. 

RETURNS

We will accept returns of READY TO SHIP items within 14 days after you have received your order. There will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total amount of refund. We do not refund for shipping charges.

DIGITAL CONTENT POLICY

NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL CONTENT. By purchasing ANY Pioneer Supplier & Creations digital download template file you agree that you will not sell, share, or copy any of these files to another business or third party. Failure to comply with these agreements can result in legal action. 

YOU MAY:

  1. Print and sell unlimited PHYSICAL finished items using purchased blanks & digital template from Pioneer Supplier & Creations.

YOU MAY NOT:

  1. Alter the template and claim it as your own
  2. Gift, share, or sell the digital file in parts or/and as element
  3. Share or upload to any sharing site
  4. Copy or create items which look very similar to the said digital template in order to get around these policies 
  5. Print in any manner not outlined under the allowed column

Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the product. There are many variables which can change the way you “see” the colors as you view our site. Computer monitors are capable of displaying up to 32 million colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors. And within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people’s monitor settings may influence how colors are displayed depending on each individual monitor’s brightness and contrast settings. Buyer agrees to the possibility there maybe some slight color difference on the design.
