Shipping policy

General shipping time is 24 hours. Orders placed after 1 pm generally ship the following business day.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and Handling rates are based on the weight of all items in the order. Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the item. We always aim to ship our items out ahead of schedule but we can’t make any promises.

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and a tracking number which will be updated through your payment transaction within 24 hours of shipping.  

Pioneer Supplier & Creations will not be held liable for your package after it has been scanned "Accepted" at the Post Office. We cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS, or lost packages as this is completely out of our hands. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems arise.

We only ship to the address stated on your order receipt. We cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible if an incorrect address is provided, but please contact us at pioneersupplierandcreations@gmail.com if you have any questions or need any help.
