PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS for Unisub MDF:

1. Remove all the blue, green or clear film from the substrate
2. Remove residue, if any, with a soft damp cloth from unisub MDF.
3. Place your MDF substrate onto your transfer and secure with heat tape.
4. Press for 55-60 seconds @ 380 degrees medium pressure. (Time and temp may vary based on your heat press
