Natural Material & Crafting Characteristics

Please Note: Because these premium MDF blanks are precision laser-cut to perfectly match the design's unique silhouette, you may notice minor cosmetic charring, smoke marks, or natural dark edges on the back or sides of the blank. This is a normal and expected characteristic of the laser-cutting manufacturing process on real wood composites. It does not affect the sublimation coating, the front design, or the quality of your finished pressed product.

Production & Pressing Instructions

  1. Prepare: Set your heat press between 380-400 degrees. Because every brand and model of heat press runs a little bit differently, you may need to adjust your temperature within this range for optimal results. Carefully peel the clear protective plastic film off the MDF wood blank.
  2. Align: Secure the pre-printed sublimation transfer face-down onto the blank using either heat-resistant tape or a light mist of 3M brand repositionable spray.
  3. Press: Press with medium pressure for 50–60 seconds.
  4. Assemble: Let it cool completely, peel the paper, attach the plastic tab through the hole, and snap on the metal keyring.
⚠️ Note: A flat-bed heat press or easy press is required to complete this item. Sublimation printers, ink, alignment adhesives (tape/spray), and heat presses are not included in this kit.
