PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place under heat plate for a few seconds to rid any moisture
2. Place towel onto your transfer and secure with heat tape or spray
3. Press for 60 seconds @ 380 degrees medium pressure. (Time and temp may vary based on your heat press)
